From May through October, Wednesday evening at 6:10 is track time for TVFR!

Most weeks, we have a Group A and Group B warmup and workout. Group A workouts tend to focus on those that train for shorter distance races (up to a 10K). Group B workouts are for those training for longer distances (10K +). Anyone is welcome to participate in any workout, whatever pace you run. Some weeks, everyone will have the same workout for things like the mile time trials or Indian runs!  View upcoming workout schedules.

This is a great way to meet other club members and enjoy a brisk speed workout with recovery jogs in between. Don't be intimidated - you will find these workouts exhilarating and leaving you with a higher level of fitness than you can imagine!   Results
