TVFR / GFRC / HRC / CMS & Friends Bottle Run, Sun, Oct 21, 2018 - Sign-Up

Join fellow runners and brewers from TVFR, Greater Framingham Running Club, Hopkinton Running Club and Central Mass Striders as they take over Barleycorns Craft Brew in Natick.  Barleycorn's is located at 21 Summer Street in Natick.

We will be bottling up to 2 batches of beer from our brew run at the conclusion of your choice of 4 different distances to get your thirst in check for a Sunday morning beer.

The recipes available for bottling are the Mile 10 Gold IPA and the Milk Chocolate Stout.  For those that were not at the brew run, you can still lay claim to your own beer.  There are several cases currently available for you as a result of the brew efforts by your fellow club members / brew runners!  There will also be other styles that Barleycorn's has fresh 'in-stock'.

Sign up below and at the conclusion of our run, we will have soup (volunteers needed) and for those lucky enough to reserve a case you will get to bottle, cap and label beer!  Oh, and there may be some beer sampling and testing as well.

Here are the details:

• Doors open at 7:45am for the 1st runners to start the 10 Mile run.  Bottling will also be available to start at this time for those that have signed up to bottle or have already reserved a case.
• If you are interested in an assorted case of beer, the cost is $40/Case of beer exclusive of bottles.  (It's ok to share a case with someone, but someone has to pay for the case)
• Bottles - 12oz or 22oz bottles can be purchased at Barleycorn's ($12/case) or you can provide your own 12oz or 22oz bottles.  They need to be clean and not be screw tops.  All bottles will be run thru Barleycorn's bottle sanitizer.
• Friends, coworkers, family welcome to run or bottle or both.
• We can decide on a group label for our beer or you can design your own, email tom@barleycorn.com the design to Barleycorns before 10/19 and it will be printed and ready for us on the bottle date!
• If you can't make it, ask a friend to do your share of the bottling (and running!).
• What a great treat to have going into the holiday season and the upcoming Thanksgiving, Chanukah, Christmas and New Years holidays.
