The Tri-Valley Frontrunners (TVFR) is a 29-year-old running club representing and welcoming male and female runners of all ages and abilities from many eastern and central Massachusetts towns.  Members determine their level of commitment to running and choose from many training and social opportunities to achieve it. TVFR organizes and participates in an array of running events, from local road races (5k to the marathon), fun runs, trail runs, track work outs, group training runs, and more.  We invite you to take a look around our Web Site.
